1 I don't have a feed aggregator like that yet, though that's a planned feature further along.  We will have a feature which lets you share posts between mee.nu blogs sooner than that, but then everyone would have to be on mee.nu.  Not that that would be a bad thing.

2 There appears to be a problem with the "sites" site.  The navigation links are missing and the bottom row of boxes containing sites are overrun by the footer bar.  This is in Firefox.

4 Those links seem to come and go. I noticed they were missing a day or so ago, then yesterday they were back. Just now they're there, but they are not centered, they're on the left, about 3 lines below the blog list and one line above the copyright notice graphic. I'll have a screenshot on my blog in about 10 minutes.
